Delivery
At SlowBloomGreens, we ensure a seamless experience from order to delivery. Each succulent is carefully packed and promptly dispatched. If you encounter any issues, our customer service team is here to assist.

FREE Pickup Locations:
- CIMB Plaza (next The Coffee Bean), Raffles Place - Thursdays 12-1 pm
- Punggol MRT (Waterway Point Exit A) - Saturdays 4-5 pm
- Tai Seng MRT (Grantral Mall Exit B) - Sundays 11 am

Shipping Charges:
- FREE Shipping for orders $80 and above
- $15.00 for Express Shipping
You should receive your order within 1-4 days, depending on your chosen delivery method. Once your order is processed, we will provide tracking details and the expected delivery or collection date.
Exchange and Return Policy
Due to the nature of succulents as living plants, we do not accept returns or exchanges. However, if your succulent arrives in less-than-ideal condition, please reach out to us at info@slowbloomgreens.com within 24 hours of receipt. We're here to help! Our team will assist you in resolving any issues to ensure you're delighted with your purchase. We want you to have a joyful experience with us from start to finish!
Damages, Issues & Refunds
We understand how disappointing it can be if your succulent pot arrives damaged. Please don’t worry—we’re here to help! Simply send us pictures of the damage along with your Order Number via email (info@slowbloomgreens.com) within 24 hours, and we’ll make it right. Whether that means sending you a replacement or issuing a refund, we’ll ensure you’re taken care of with a solution that brings joy back to your day.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
While we absolutely wish we could accept all returns, we cannot accept returns for succulents or similar perishable items. Custom products and items damaged through misuse or neglect are also non-returnable. But don't worry, if there’s an issue, we’ll work with you to find the best solution!
Exchanges
Since we can’t accept returns for succulents, if you’d like a different product, feel free to place a new order! We’re happy to help make your next purchase even more special.
Refund Processing
Once we’ve reviewed your reported issue, we’ll notify you of the resolution. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow extra time for your bank or credit card company to complete the process. If you haven’t received your refund after 15 business days, please don’t hesitate to contact us at info@slowbloomgreens.com—we’re here to help!
