As living things, succulents do not allow for exchange or returns. If you receive a succulent in a less-than-ideal state, please reach out to us immediately at info@slowbloomgreens.com It's normal for succulents to experience a temporary dullness during delivery due to environmental sensitivity. Place them under sunlight upon arrival to revive their vibrant colors.
