- We have the following delivery options:
- FREE Pickup @ Raffles Place MRT (CIMB Plaza - The Coffee Bean) - Thu 12 pm
- FREE Pickup @ Punggol MRT (Waterway Point Exit A) - Sat 4-5 pm
- FREE Pickup @ Tai Seng MRT (Grantral Mall Exit B) - Sun 11 am
- FREE shipping for $80 and above
- $15.00 for Express
- You should receive your order within 1-4 days, depending on your choice of delivery.
- You will be informed of the tracking and delivery or collection date upon receipt of your order.

3. Damages, Exchange, Returns and Refunds
Due to the nature of succulents as living plants, we do not accept returns or exchanges. However, if your succulent arrives in less-than-ideal condition, please reach out to us at info@slowbloomgreens.com within 24 hours of receipt. We're here to help! Our team will assist you in resolving any issues to ensure you're delighted with your purchase. We want you to have a joyful experience with us from start to finish!
It's normal for succulents to experience a temporary dullness during delivery due to environmental sensitivity. Place them under sunlight upon arrival to revive their vibrant colors.
