1. Shipping & Delivery

We offer multiple delivery and pickup options for your convenience:

Self-Collection Locations:

  • 50 Punggol East, C17, S828826 (Riviera LRT)
    – Saturdays & Sundays, 2:00–6:00 PM

  • CIMB Plaza (next to The Coffee Bean), Raffles Place – Thursdays, 1:00 PM

  • Tai Seng MRT (Grantral Mall, Exit B) – Sundays, 11:00 AM

Delivery Options:

  • FREE shipping on orders $80 and above

  • $15.00 Express Delivery

  • Orders are typically delivered within 1–4 days, depending on your delivery method.

  • You will receive tracking info and confirmation of your delivery or pickup date once your order is processed.


2. Succulent Care & Troubleshooting

Having issues with your succulent, such as yellowing or dried leaves?
Don't worry — these are common and often easy to fix.

3. Damages, Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges. However, your satisfaction matters to us!

If your succulent arrives in less-than-ideal condition:

  • Please contact us at info@slowbloomgreens.com within 24 hours of receiving your order.

  • Our team will assist you and do our best to make things right.

Note: It’s normal for succulents to look slightly dull after transit due to light and temperature changes. Place them under indirect sunlight to restore their color and perk them up.
