Delivery
We strive to ensure your SlowBloomGreens experience is seamless from order to delivery. Each succulent is carefully packed and promptly dispatched, arriving at your doorstep in pristine condition.If you encounter any issues, our responsive customer service team is here to assist, prioritizing your delight with SlowBloomGreens.
We have the following delivery options:
- FREE Pickup @ Punggol MRT (Waterway Point Exit) - Fridays 7-8 pm
- FREE Pickup @ Tai Seng MRT (Grantral Mall Exit B) - Sundays 11 am
- FREE shipping for $80 and above
- $15.00 for Express
You should receive your order within 1-4 days, depending on your choice of delivery.
You will be informed of the tracking and delivery or collection date upon receipt of your order.
Exchange and Return Policy
As living things, succulents do not allow for exchange or returns. If you receive a succulent in a less-than-ideal state, please reach out to us immediately at info@slowbloomgreens.com
It's normal for succulents to experience a temporary dullness during delivery due to environmental sensitivity. Place them under sunlight upon arrival to revive their vibrant colors.
Refund Policy
Our handcrafted requires someone to receive the order. In the rare case of a broken succulent pot, please share pictures with your Order Number via email within 24 hours for prompt assistance.
